I did not do so well this week. I was with family and doing a lot of fun stuff this week and it was hard for me to stay on the program and I only lost a pound and a half. I really want to be done with this by the beginning of March. I had an ah-ha a little while ago that I thought I would share with you. I love food sooo much.
